Ole Miss’ Nutt to players: “You’ve got to work twice as hard”

Houston Nutt left Arkansas amid controversy and landed firmly on his feet at Ole Miss. The Rebels were winless in the SEC in 2007 and Nutt, in his first season, led them to a 9-4 record overall and 5-3 in the SEC. Now, the Rebels are expected to be a preseason top 10 team heading into 2009.

Nutt talked with Sporting News college football columnist Matt Hayes recently about keeping the momentum he built in Year 1 rolling into this fall.
