DeLaughter pleads not guilty to five counts in judicial bribery case
Hinds County Circuit Judge Bobby DeLaughter has pleaded not guilty to five federal counts in a judicial bribery case.
The plea was made Thursday in U.S. District Court in Oxford, while the indictment initially remained sealed. An April 6 trial date was set.
