NMC – Scruggs disbarred from federal court

File under, I already thought that had been handled: Scruggs disbarred by ND Miss.

For some reason (or no reason?), today the United States District Court for the Northern District of Mississippi disbarred Dickie Scruggs, in an order signed by Judge Mills. This is of course an automatic consequence of the conviction and state disbarment.
