Rep. Thompson backs selection of Napolitano

Thompson says the Arizona governor will be a great asset to the nation and he is ready to work with Napolitano to improve both the function and reputation of the Department of Homeland Security.

The Mississippi Democrat says Napolitano “truly understands” the importance of working with state and local officials, improving border security and securing critical infrastructure.
