The commissioner of the Institutions of Higher Learning is on paid leave pending the outcome of an investigation from the state auditor’s office.
Media reports over the weekend accuse Dr. Tom Meredith of using Mississippi State University personnel and equipment to landscape his personal property in Rankin County.
