They top the wish lists compiled by city of Jackson department heads who are pushing for more money for next fiscal year.
The Jackson City Council’s budget committee has been holding budget hearings to figure out what the city can afford.
“It’s the kitchen sink approach,” City Administrator Rick Hill said. “You ask for everything and hope you can get some of them.”
