When candidates tell you where they stand this fall, please ask them if they support the wrongly-named Employee Free Choice Act. The EFCA will take away the right of employees to vote in fair and private elections in the workplace. Employees will no longer be entitled to a private ballot to decide if they want to join a labor union.
One person, one vote, free from intimidation or fear of recriminations is a cause that Americans have defended for centuries and continue to fight for today.
