The last of three Georgia businessmen charged in connection with the failed Mississippi beef plant pleaded guilty today in federal court in Oxford.
Charles Morehead, vice president of Smyrna, Ga.-based The Facility Group, pleaded guilty to concealing material facts from agencies and departments of the United States.
The beef plant investigation is ongoing. As part of their plea agreements, Cawood, Moultrie and Morehead are required to cooperate with the U.S. attorney’s office.
