Players, coaches have high expectations

“I’m tired of talking.”
That’s been a favorite phrase of Southern Miss football coach Larry Fedora in recent weeks as he has juggled interviews and speaking engagements.
Ever since Fedora was introduced as the new USM coach in December, he’s been working hard to introduce himself to the Golden Eagle fan base and promote his program.
Saturday was another day of speaking and shaking hands as he spoke at the Southern Miss media day before addressing a crowd of more than 1,000 boosters at the Eagle FanFare at the Payne Center on the USM campus.
