New Filings in ex rel Rigsby (the Qui Tam case)

Half a ream of paper or so was dropped in the Qui Tam case this afternoon. This was pretty “Rigsby Gal” focused.

In addition to State Farm’s response, there is also a portion of Kerri’s video deposition (transcripted) taken on May 1, 2007.

Also, the deposition of two former Rigsby Gal co-workers from Renfro were also included (Lee and Hardison). I have not read either in substantial detail, but what I have read has been interesting. I’ll post more later, but I wanted to get these docs out to the Scruggs Nation ASAP.
