Judge Robert Walker ruled on a motion today for Cori Rigsby (of Rigsby Gal fame) to produce CDs minus just a few documents that were considered privileged.
In typical Rigsby Gal/Scruggsian fashion, Cori, through her Alabama lawyers, immediately petitioned the court to reconsider giving a litany of reasons why she shouldn’t have to turn over the documents.
