Tiger Woods out for year — Tour players (party) uh, make that, mourn

Tiger Woods out for the year! Every sports blogger in America is frantically racing to get in a comment. First thing that comes to my mind is the reaction of the other Tour players.

How about Phil?
“This is (chuckle) terrible news for golf. I love (snicker) competing with Tiger and wish him the speediest of recoveries. (Hah-hah) Uh, excuse me, I’ve got a tickle in my throat.”
The players will party, while the Tour officials and TV officials mourn.
And everyone is rushing to send Tiger a video. (Check the Open Mike blog to see what Mike Bianchi sent.) So here’s my contribution: A little Eye of the Tiger if he’s feeling low.
