Some thoughts on Judge Senter’s order disqualifying the KC lawyers

I have news for the KC lawyers: The United States Supreme Court has clearly and unequivocally ruled that you cannot appeal attorney disqualification orders. You won’t be appealing this order, and, while you may not know it, Judge Senter does. This order will not be the subject of an appeal, ever.

Will the qui tam case survive this blow? I have trouble seeing how, and expressed this thought some time ago, about the same time I speculated that the KC lawyers were toast. For some reason this has been interpreted as siding with State Farm.
