STARKVILLE – MSU head coach Sylvester Croom entered the spring session with several concerned spots on the gridiron.
After the spring drills were concluded, Croom said his worries were eased at every spot except fullback, and that was due to health.
“We got a chance to evaluate some positions that I was concerned about – backup quarterback, tight end, fullback and depth at linebacker,” said Croom during Thursday’s SEC coaches teleconference. “I thought we got all those things done except for still concerns about the fullback position because of health issues.
