Gov. Haley Barbour and U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services Mike Leavitt met this week in Jackson to discuss the proposal with insurance providers, small practitioners and other health care professionals.
By June, the selected sites will be announced, and, within a year, all 12 are expected to be fully-immersed in the project.
