Three orders entered in U.S. v. Scruggs
An amended scheduling order with pretrial motions (that would include the motion to suppress and motions related to allegations of prosecutorial misconduct relating to the search warrant, both mentioned in the defense motion to continue) shall be filed by February 11th and February 25th, a deadline for pleas is March 17, and trial is to occur at 9:00 AM on March 31st.
