Secretary of State Delbert Hosemann has proposed allowing voters to cast ballots at the county circuit clerk’s office 15 days before an election as part of his package of proposed reforms.
Hosemann outlined his proposals on Wednesday at a meeting in Philadelphia of the Mississippi Association of Election Commissioners.
