Biggers sets hearing on Scruggs request
Work out your differences before a Wednesday hearing, Senior Judge Neal Biggers Jr. ordered attorneys in the judicial bribery case of famed attorney Richard “Dickie” Scruggs and four others, court records showed late Thursday.
Biggers set a 10 a.m. Wednesday hearing in U.S. District Court to hear arguments in support of and in response to a Dec. 28 defendants motion to compel the government to provide certain documents and other information it claimed were important.
