L’Affaire Scruggs: Tony Resigns From Representing Zach
This morning we told you that Joey Langston and Billy Quin resigned from representing Dickie Scruggs. Today, Tony Farese resigned from defending Dickie’s son Zach on charges that he conspired with his father and others to bribe a state-court judge. According to this motion — (Hat Tip: Rossmiller) — Zach Scruggs has indicated an intent of hiring other counsel, and has terminated Farese’s services.
