The new Legislature comes to town this week, facing a lot of the same ol’ problems.
But there is always a healthy optimism every four years that can give a new look-see at those same ol’ problems. Let’s hope so.
As the new Legislature begins, lawmakers will be thrust into a flurry of activity and information overload. New members will have to learn the ropes and there is no handbook for many of the political knots they will face.
