Since when does the chief law enforcement officer of a state have to be asked? He should be at the federal attorney’s door begging to help.
The same Clarion-Ledger article said “Hood won’t say if he is pursuing state bribery charges…” Again, he should be pursuing these guys with the same vigor as he attacked State Farm Insurance.
We have a poor excuse for an attorney general and maybe more people will realize that as additional information surfaces concerning his handling of this grievous assault on our justice system by greedy trial lawyers.
