Scruggs is fair bursting with newsy goodies, the first of which is that, on December 7, the U.S. Attorney gave each of them his own personal copy of a 90-minute “consensual recording” (that would be Tim Balducci’s consent, one imagines) allegedly capturing the voices of all four — Dickie and Zach Scruggs, Sid Backstrom, and Steve Patterson — as they discussed whatever made said USA indict their butts.
