A: Gov. Haley Barbour hopes too, said his deputy press secretary Rebekah Staples. He’s working through some scheduling details now, she said via e-mail. The Mississippi Blues Marathon is Jan. 5 in downtown Jackson, in the Fondren district and is sponsored by Blue Cross/ Blue Shield, the promoters behind the Let’s Go Walkin’ campaign.
