MS Hospitality and Restaurant Association endorses Bryant
Phil Bryant, a candidate for lieutenant governor, received an endorsement from the Mississippi Hospitality and Restaurant Association at Harvey’s Restaurant in downtown Columbus Tuesday.
“I’m honored to receive the endorsement of so many groups who create jobs and economic opportunity for the people of Mississippi,” said Bryant. “With more Mississippians having jobs than ever before, now is not the time to turn back the clock on the key factors that led to this economic momentum.
“This election is pretty simple,” added Bryant, who referred to the Golden Triangle as a “shining example” for the state. “We can continue on the path of progress that (Gov.) Haley Barbour has put us on. Or we can go back.”
