“They’re calling Jamie Franks a liberal. How does it make me a liberal when I’ve gotten an A-rating with the N.R.A.? How does it make me a liberal when I’ve banned same-sex marriages in this state? How does it make me a liberal when I voted to ban abortion? I’ve stood for Mississippi values over my 12 years in the House of Representatives and I want to do that as the next Lt. Governor,” Franks said.
