Republican challenger Al Hopkins of Gulfport says he is more qualified for the office of Mississippi attorney general than is Democratic incumbent Jim Hood.
“I am convinced the people of Mississippi want someone with experience in this job,” Hopkins told the Daily Journal editorial board Thursday. “It is a very big job. It’s the top law enforcement job in Mississippi…
