An outbreak of home repair fraud in the wake of Hurricane Katrina is apparently still going on in Mississippi.
That word came Tuesday from Mississippi Attorney General Jim Hood, who spoke to the Newton Rotary Club. He said his office and U.S. marshals are trying to send a message to scammers by the 64 arrests made so far.
