Jackson Mayor Frank Melton is scheduled to deliver his second State of The City address on Friday at the Alamo Theatre on Farish Street.
Melton’s speech will focus on housing and economic development, according to his sister-in-law and Assistant Chief Administrative Officer Carolyn Redd.
The speech will begin at 10:30 a.m. Doors to the theater will open at 10:15 a.m. Last year, Melton gave his speech at the same location.
