Three qualify for Jackson Ward 1 council seat
Three people have qualified so far for the open Jackson Ward 1 City Council seat.
They are Jeff Weill Sr., lawyer and former state prosecutor; John Ditto, real estate developer and son of former Mayor Kane Ditto; and Lenard Jenkins, membership director at New Hope Baptist Church.
