Now, there’s a commentary for you. The elected executive of the capital city says he will obey the law. Should that be novel? Unique? “News?”
City Council President Frank Bluntson says he persuaded Melton to nominate A.C. Jimerson to head the Department of Parks and Recreation, a promotion from deputy director. The Council could address the nomination at its regular meeting on Tuesday.
