Bryant Endorsed by AFA Founder
Don Wildmon, founder and chairman of the American Family Association based in Tupelo, has officially endorsed Bryant.
“Phil Bryant’s longtime, consistent pro-life and pro-family principles are sincerely held beliefs. He is a person with strong character, genuine integrity and good ethics,” said Wildmon in a news release. “He is the kind of person we need in the Lt. Governor’s office, which many people consider the most powerful position in our state government because of its role in affecting all kinds of legislation. I know Phil Bryant is one hundred percent pro-life,” Rev. Wildmon said. “Phil Bryant’s pro-life, pro-family views combined with his strong ethics and integrity are exactly what Mississippi needs in a Lt. Governor.”
