Does it really matter that a Hinds County Circuit Court jury acquitted Frank Melton on charges related to his tearing down a home he called a crack house?
It wasn’t so much the talk that draws this conclusion, but the danger in some of the words. Because of Melton’s defiance, we actually have people who support the unauthorized destruction of personal property. Because of his unwillingness to do things the right way, there are some among us who don’t believe procedures should be followed.
