Home Builders Association Endorses Phil Bryant as Lt. Governor Candidate

The Home Builders Association of Mississippi formally announced the association?s endorsement of Candidate Phil Bryant in the Lt. Governor race during a news conference Tuesday, April 24 at 2:00 p.m. at the Home Builders Association of Mississippi office, 811 East River Place, Ste. 101, Jackson, Mississippi.

HBAM President Gary Jenkins, Grenada, made the announcement on behalf of the association. ?This is an important day for the Home Builders Association of Mississippi and our commitment to ?Building a Better Mississippi?. On behalf of the approximately 4,000 member firms, I am proud to announce the endorsement of Phil Bryant for Lt. Governor.?

Jenkins went on to state, ?Phil is running for the right reasons. He wants to make a difference for Mississippians. Phil wants to create jobs and keep Mississippians working, which means better opportunities for the American Dream. Phil has conservative values that we share, and Phil has a proven record of accountability in government.?

Phil Bryant accepted the endorsement of saying ?It?s an honor to receive the endorsement of the Home Builders Association of Mississippi. As Mississippi continues to grow over the next four years, it will be important for our state to have strong leadership from our Lt. Governor in economic development to help our communities grow and prosper.
