Noxubee decision: Is Voting Rights Act truly colorblind?

The premise of the case is pretty simple ? the federal government is asking a Mississippi federal judge to determine if the same federal law that has been used for decades to protect the voting rights of black Mississippians from the white political power structure has been violated by the black political power structure in Noxubee County.
