3-CATTLEGATE UPDATE-Movement was being reported at the Oakland beef plant.
There is reportedly someone looking at the plant, but too early for any announcement on any type of agreement. Report from Oakland state interested company deals in processing meats but will not have “killing” operation at the plant. Number of jobs, issues to be resolved, etc. still pending, but at least a bit of optimism for the people in that area.
