I have talked to both candidates (Whitlow and Melton) in the last 24 hours.
The Whitlow faithful will be gathering at his campaign HQ in the Ewing Building at 612 North State Street. Rick will be doing a live shot there for the 6:00 p.m. news tonight.
The Melton faithful will gather at Dennery’s tonight and most people will start to arrive about 7:30 p.m.
No word on where either candidate will watch returns.
Both candidates seemed to say that there may be a surprise coming up later in the evening.
