North Jackson Man Found Brutally Murdered
A horrifying discovery for a Jackson family Sunday morning, the children of a north Jackson man returned from a trip to find their father brutally murdered.
Jackson Police spokesman Lt. Robert Graham said 43 year old Rufus Booker Sr. was found dead at 1415 Springdale Drive.
Hinds County Coroner Sharon Grisham Stewart said Booker was shot once in the chest and stabbed multiple times in the back.
