In a recent scoring of job creators, Governor Phil Bryant was ranked among the top performers. Using seasonally adjusted data from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, the scoring was based on a comparison of the annual job growth rate of Mississippi vs. the corresponding figures for the other 49 states.
