Sojourner files election challenge in Mississippi Senate in wake of 61 vote loss

Sojourner files election challenge with Senate Sen. Melanie Sojourner, R-Natchez, filed an election challenge with the Mississippi Senate on Wednesday. Sojourner is asking for a Senate committee to review alleged irregularities in the Nov. 3 election, which she lost to former state Sen. Bob Dearing by 61 votes. Enterprise Journal 12/3/15
