Some Vegas oddsmakers pull Auburn game due to Newton
Confusion over Cam Newton’s playing status has caused some sports books in Las Vegas to take the Auburn-Georgia game off the board. Auburn coach Gene Chizik said two hours ago that Newton will play Saturday.
Most oddsmakers have had Auburn around an 8.5-point favorite. Without Newton, Auburn could drop as low as a 3-point favorite, oddsmakers say.
