With football and basketball seasons behind us, off-season news is now moving to the forefront. That means talk of arrests, discipline, television contracts, possible conference expansion, bowl tie-ins and, yes, recruiting.
Since Rivals.com hasn’t handed out their star rankings for the Class of 2011 yet, we’ll turn to Scout.com for help with our latest SEC Commitment Comparison.
Below you’ll see the commitments that each school has wrangled to date. We assign a point value for each star handed out by Scout, and we also give a point to everyone who is listed as “not rated,” too. God don’t make no junk, as the trite old saying goes.
So below, here’s how things stack up with about 37 weeks til the next national signing day. (The list, for you Geico cavemen out there, is in alphabetical order.)
