Dogs Begin Final Week Of Spring With Toughest Workout
Practice began with individual and group work, but moved quickly into 7-on-7 and full-team drills. Mullen noted that the defense won the day along the front, making it tough for the offense to get things going.
“We’ve got a few things we need to clean up on Thursday,” Mullen said. “The defense really executed, and the offense didn’t. And it all started up front.”
The Bulldogs return to the practice fields on Thursday and Friday before taking to Davis Wade Stadium on Saturday at 5 p.m. for the Maroon-White Spring Game.
