Tebow’s still the man, but Brantley’s time beckons

GAINESVILLE — John Brantley understands that the Orange and Blue universe belongs to Tim Tebow. He gets first dibs on everything, from center snaps to high-fives to the microphone and lectern for post-game interviews.
That’s reserved for Florida’s star power, like Tebow and coach Urban Meyer. Brantley was pleasantly chatting away with a few reporters Saturday afternoon when Tebow’s voice started booming over the microphone, droning out much of what Brantley had to say.

Superman’s understudy was big-timed again. No worries.
