How Jeter got younger at age 35

NEW YORK – Derek Jeter was supposed to be too proud to change. He was supposed to be too successful, too established, too damned good at being Derek Jeter to surrender to the vile nature of human frailty.
In the season of his 35th birthday, the captain of the Yankees was supposed to embolden the critics and mathematicians suggesting he was entering an advanced stage of decline.
