Beginners’ blues: Six new NFL coaches in combined 2-22 hole
With the first quarter of the NFL season in the books, it’s been practically an all-or-nothing beginning for the league’s new head coaches.
While the Denver Broncos’ Josh McDaniels and the Indianapolis Colts’ Jim Caldwell are each 4-0, several others are searching for that elusive first taste of victory.
The New York Jets’ Rex Ryan is 3-1.
But the six other new coaches are a combined 2-22.
