Ranking the SEC coaches

Ranking the SEC coaches

1. Urban Meyer, Florida, 5th season

There’s not much left for Meyer to do. He’s already won two national titles – one more than the legendary Steve Spurrier – in his first four years since coming from Utah. Meyer has taken the SEC by storm by recruiting top-notch talent like QB Tim Tebow and instituting his spread offense, which some said wouldn’t work in the conference. Meyer is arguably the best coach in the nation as well, and the only real question about him is will he stick around Florida or move on to greener (and gold) pastures?

2. Nick Saban, Alabama, 3rd season
