“Finally a conservative victory in the courts.
“Today the U.S. District Court ruled that Congress can open each session with a prayer, something we’ve done every session since the very first session of the Continental Congress in 1774.
“Prayer for our nation’s leaders is important. Prayer BY our nation’s leaders perhaps even more so.”
