Nearly an hour before his plea deal, Kelly said he was acting as a journalist when he took the photos. “I think that a lot of this is political. I think that my constitutional rights should be respected but I don’t think they were necessarily trying to attack my constitutional rights unless the case gets to that point. But I don’t have anymore comments. I better not say too much,” says Kelly.
