BullyBloc endorses Trent Kelly
Bully Bloc is pleased to endorse Trent Kelly, Republican candidate for the First Congressional District of Mississippi.
Trent Kelly, District Attorney, Colonel, and two-time Iraq Veteran, has an impressive history of service both to Mississippians and Americans, and keeps a set of core values that we believe well represent Bully Bloc’s membership and the Mississippi State alumni base.
Bully Bloc Chairman Reed Nelson said, “Trent Kelly will be a strong ally for Mississippi State University. Bully Bloc is proud to endorse a two-time Iraq veteran who will continue to promote jobs and opportunity for our great state and university.”
Trent is committed to carrying on the legacy that the late Congressman Nunnelee left behind, most importantly a legacy of honor and integrity.
Kelly’s top priority is a continued focus on jobs and building a strong economy that encourages small business development in Mississippi. He also is a strong advocate of supporting our military, the right of citizens to keep and bear arms, and fiscal responsibility.
Kelly has previously served as Tupelo City Prosecutor and currently serves as the District Attorney for Lee, Pontotoc, Alcorn, Monroe, Itawamba, Prentiss and Tishomingo Counties. An Iraq War Veteran, he has spent 29 years in the Mississippi Army National Guard and is currently a Colonel serving as the Brigade Commander of the 168th Engineer Brigade.
Bully Bloc is proud to support Colonel Trent Kelly, and we respectfully encourage you to join us at the polls on Tuesday, June 2 to vote for Trent Kelly for Congress.
