MLK niece in Tupelo, hosted by candidate
Alveda King, former member of the Georgia House of Representatives, conservative and pro-life activist, will meet with area residents from 3 to 4:30 p.m. today at AC’s Coffee, which is in the food court at Midtown Pointe, 499 S. Gloster St.
Tupelo dentist and 1st District congressional candidate Ed Holliday said King has been a friend of his for many years. The two are working on a book together that will be out later this year.
